Piano To those who are interested, The administration of the piano project in langford, has deleted the review section on their facebook page after two honest reviews were posted by actual residents of the piano project. The houses are beautiful, but be aware serious deficiencies continue to be unresolved in phase one. Please contact current residents for information. I am a current resident of the piano project phase 1, I love our home. It is beautiful, spacious, and it meets our family's needs. However I have found parsi developments and it's representative, Moji, to be difficult to deal with. A list of construction deficiencies that was agreed on for repair is still unresolved 22 months after the sale. The developer claims moral values as their guiding force in business but the behaviour speaks differently. Myself and another resident have tried to leave honest reviews forewarning potential buyers of phase 2. But instead of dealing with issues, the reviews and comments are deleted. Hiding information on a project seems less than moral. Anyone doing business with this developer should ensure they get all agreements in writting and be prepared for problems.
Owners of the Piano Project are being left with unfinished homes and fences. Phase 2 construction workers block in current residents and use currents owners property. Developer threatens violence towards current owners and often comes onto owners properties uninvited.
