The absolute best customer service. I personally Dealt with Megan and Davina and they are lovely. Very personable, super down to earth and really care about their customers and their experiences. Davina went above and beyond for us which is why we will return. Experience is everything! We picked out my engagement ring with their help and we cannot wait to return for our wedding bands. Prices are exceptional for quality of their jewelry. Highly recommend.

I wanted to share a wonderful shopping experience that I just had at this location in Hillside Mall, I am not the happiest when it comes to shopping but I was greeted with a friendly hello and how can we help you as soon as I walked in, some places just size you up first to see if you are a worthy customer but here I had friendly help right away! I really didn’t know what type of necklace I needed for myself but Meaghan was able to put me in the right direction and we found the right size. It turned out to be perfect when I got home and worked very well with the item I was hanging on the necklace! A wonderful price and perfect service! And in these times it’s a rare thing to find but we have it her at this store! Thank you

Best shopping experience ever. Davina is considerate, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us find the perfect items to fit our esthetical and budgetary needs. We arrived to the store 30 min before closing , however the whole crew stayed with us until we had made a purchase well after working hours. Great people!

We went to Paris Jewellers, because it is the first place we go for our jewellery; and that is because of the variety in jewellery they carry. From looking at their website, I had seen a beautiful ring that I would like for my birthday. That ring was not in the store, and I was disappointed. When we mentioned it to the agent, she brought up the website on a tablet, and found a picture of the ring. Because it was not in the store, she ordered it for us, and said that she would try to have it in the store in time for my birthday. What a nice person. Her trainee was also very attentive. Beautiful jewellery, and great service! That's why we have been repeat customers for years.
