I called this company to get an estimate for a sizeable commercial job and was transferred to a Paul Norris (Mr. Norris) for assistance. I explained the job to Mr. Norris and he was very enthusiastic about the job and provided an appointment time for the estimate. I explained to Mr. Norris that it is the policy of our company to get three quotes prior to proceeding with a job. I left an urgent meeting in order to make the appointment and over the course of the next couple of hours explained the job to Mr. Norris while he took all the necessary measurements. At the end of the appointment, he was still quite enthusiastic about moving ahead with the job and promised to provide the estimate asap. Three days later, I receive an email from Mr. Norris that he is not interested in \taking any bid work at this time.\ Thus, Mr. Norris and Pacific Coast Floors wasted around 7-10 days of my valuable time. Please keep this in mind when dealing with these deceitful, unreliable and unprofessional people. I would give this company 0 stars, but not possible while still posting my review, unfortunately.

We would like to thank Pacific Coast Flooring for an excellent job on our new vinyl plank floors. Paul was an excellent sales person throughout the process. We did experience some product reordering which was due to the virus and beyond anyone's control. Paul kept us informed and was very quick to create solutions. Dan was our installer. We thoroughly enjoyed having him work in our home His attention to detail and quality craftmanship resulted in a beautiful result with precise finishing. Thank you so much! We were treated with prompt attention and clear communication which we really appreciated. We highly recommend Pacific Coast Flooring.

This business cares very little about customer service nor quality work. Steer clear. Very unprofessional. Floor layers truck such a disaster it’s no wonder our vinyl floor was left with holes in it. Too long of story to post but If you want great looking floors with no hassle or stress do not choose this company. Simple requests not followed. Floors left with bubbles. Owner did not check work quality and could not care less of the lack of service and quality that were provided. So many other options. Choose any one else.

I only wish I could rate this business a minus 1 for all of the grief we went through with this company. What was supposed to be a 1 week flooring job while we were away on holiday turned into a 4 month flooring fiasco. As per the contract we signed with Pacific Coast Flooring they agreed to complete our vinyl plank flooring installation in 1 week while we were out of town. When we returned late after our flight landed we walked into a messy disaster. Nails sticking up on the unfinished stairs, holes in our dining room walls and scrapes along the hall stairs, dirt and dust LITERALLY covering everything. Not to mention that they broke nearly every baseboard and yet reinstalled them in their broken state! We spent almost 2 hours cleaning and pulling out nails before we finally gave in to fatigue and went to bed. No one showed up the next day and when a worker would eventually show up they stayed barely a couple of hours before leaving. This went on for 4 long months and was a total disruption to our lives. ..sometimes someone would come to the house and sometimes no one came. We'd never know if anyone would show up that day. The 2 owners and the contractor we dealt with never came to the house to inspect anything despite our repeated requests to do so. We were left with an unlevel floor, tiles that didn't stick down properly and holes/dings in our walls. Plus they still have our house key. In the end, it cost us just under 7000 to hire a carpenter to repair the damages they did to our floors and home and we had to purchase a new front door lock to boot. We are definitely not happy with the customer service nor the installation of our floors and can not in good conscious recommend Pacific Coast Flooring.
