COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME . I had a file sit on desk with these people for over 3 yrs ......and after all the paperwork I sent in ...some even clearly mentioning from an attorney saying how the MCFD system was trying to get out of a agreement. ...wasn't good enough for these people .... they will just back government ministry decisions and really they have zero power anyways ...so don't even waste your time and stress about it with them..
No communication. Lied to me about calling me. Took wrong notes. And look for anyway not to do the job asked help with. Do t waste time this office is run by people who refuse to help. Should be shut down.
This office needs new staff. Evette was kind and productive but Jessy (on telephone reception) is extremely rude and unhelpful and makes everything just impossible to do- when it’s not (Evette was capable in many areas Jessy failed). Diedre matheson - dealing with her is an exercise in futility - She doesn’t seem to want to do any work and clearly doesn’t listen, just gives excuses for govt offices and tells me to keep working with them as a “first step” when I’ve been doing that for over a year without getting anywhere and I thought this office was the people’s mediator for fairness with government offices— apparently not. I didn’t even get to tell her the whole issue, and while I tried to talk to her she was also rude and closed my file when I requested a different investigator.she referred me to her manager, Nathan Paul, who I have left voicemail for explaining my situation in detail and requested another investigator and he never responded. Incredibly frustrated and disappointing with this office and this experience... not sure why they are even there because it’s not to help people having trouble with their government offices.
