Really neat store, I love shopping there, the staff is friendly and professional too, they make me feel welcome. I feel my money is well spend there to help local business. This branch has better stock than fort street branch.

I came in at around 4:45 April 18, 2019 (so that the owner sees who was working) - The man working at the print station is so knowledgeable, patient and willing to explain to me the process he took when competing my printing order. The lady at the cash was super approachable and knowledgeable as well. 10/10 for customer service and quality. Best monk office location I've been to. Will keep coming back. Thank you so - much the picture is my poster he managed to print so well.
Thank you friendly staff, especially Michael he is very helpful, nice and compassionate. I purposely come to this specific store just for the amazing customer service. I always find what I need!
I visited the store last week on Tuesday. I was able to find one of the things I was looking for on my own, but unfortuntely the staff member was too busy chatting (with her mask off) to the security guard working at the time, so I wasn't able to get the help I needed. There is a good range of products available at the store, but the customer service leaves something to be desired.
I was told it was gonna take 10 minutes but i had to wait for an hour. I had to wait for 30 minutes after my paper was already printed so I could get a bag for my papers . I wish if the staff could provide a better customer service.
