We have been going to McKenzie Veterinary Services for almost 8 years and we are so pleased with the care our two dogs have received. Dr Rae and her staff go out of their way to help us support our nervous dog during her visits. They give her extra time to get settled in the exam room, make sure she has a clear entry and exit from the exam room and they move quickly and calmly to make sure that she is comfortable for check ups and vaccinations. As a result, she absolutely loves going to the clinic and getting to see them! And so do we! Our young dog needs no help loving people... and I greatly appreciate the staff immediately adjusting their enthusiasm in order to help him learn to be calm for exams. All of the veterinarians we have seen at McKenzie Vet have gone out of their way to help us when we have questions or need clarification.

Ive been going to this place for 5 years now with my rats. They have seen nearly every of the 10 boys I have and had through the years. I have absolutely no complaints, I won't be going anywhere else as long as Dr. Wilkening is there. It was probably the worst news I could have received but In the best possible way and he offered solutions and ideas right away. He had a plan, was comforting and answered every question I had with great detail. Everyone you come in contact with are total sweethearts and genuinely care about you and your pets, they're also doing a FANTASTIC job with covid protocols ensuring everything is safe. A wonderful clinic full of wonderful people. Keep up the great work, thank you for being kind souls.

We started using the clinic a few months ago with our shnauzers. We have one special dog that they have been very patient with and he does well with the kindness. Our other schnauzer is a senior and they have been very helpful with his care. l. We are happy to continue using this clinic and highly recommend it.

I'm not one to write bad reviews. I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt. At this clinic, I know that they have some excellent doctors it their service is by far the most disrespectful and increasingly expensive service that I've ever had to endure. Since their recommendation to put my dog on a medication that may cause seizures, my dog has been having seizures. They are now charging us for treatment for seizures. We have been told that we would be called back multiple times without success for several incidents that we were extremely anxious about. We never get a call back. We have had to call them and then we get charged 125

Dr. Eric Wilkening and his assistant were super helpful in seeing and treating my kitty's so very quickly when he swallowed a large amount of exercise rubber band tubing. We're especially grateful for their prompt attention during this challenging time with COVID. Many thanks to him and everyone at McKenzie Veterinary Services who are still there to help our precious pets in need. That all being said, Harry is now back to his usual self!
