The people that work here were great to deal with. Both my conciliation and the day of surgery was a very positive experience. The conciliation was about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Where they tested my eyes and then gave me some options to think about. Making the appointment was easy and the date was only a few weeks out. At home they called me and told me what I should do to prepare for my surgery. I needed reading glasses (2.25). I was only going to get my weak eye done(left) my right eye was a strong eye for distance. I did what they said. The day of the surgery they tested my eyes again I had a conciliation again to making sure I did what I was told and made sure I understood what was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable about it. They never once tried to push me into an more expensive way. The surgery was fast and painless. The drops after the surgery was more painful for the next few days. I can read my phone and newspaper without glasses now. It might not be for everyone but it is worth the visit to see. Wayne

Best possible experience you could have. The staff were very friendly and informative about what the expectations will be in the consultative process, Dr. Gan and the surgical team were great, very calming and reassuring as they explained each step of the procedure along the way. I would highly recommend having this surgery done, it’s made a world of difference in my life even a few days after.
I highly recommend this office. All the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable and eager to make everyone at ease and comfortable despite all the extra covid protection ( which is great btw). I wasn't nervous until I came into the OR but the nurse was so kind and reassuring, the procedure went very well and I am happy to say I now have 20/20 vision! yay! I also donated my 2 pairs of glasses as I left to go home, hoping they will help someone in need. The first 6 hours after surgery I thought I had made a mistake ( I have quite sensitive eyes) but as I woke the next day the initial pain had settled ( thank goodness!!!) and I AM SO HAPPY I DID THIS FOR MYSELF! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
The team at LASIK MD Victoria was so extremely friendly and knowledgable. I felt very cared for during my eye exams, surgical counselling and consent process, during pre-op, surgery, and post-op, and during my next-day check up. The process was fast and painless, and I felt well informed by the staff as it went along. Thank you Dr. King and staff!

Great experience and great customer service. Everyone was polite and professional. Relaxing environment for before and after procedure. I would suggest utilizing their price match guarantee promotion though. They overcharged me compared to my other friends that got the same procedure done. I needed to get the procedure doing ASAP though, so I didn’t bother with price matching. Other than that, highly recommended.
I was very nervous and the staff were very good in explaining the process step by step to make my experience less scary. Dr.Gan did my procedure and he was very kind and helped with my anxiety. It's only day one post op and I can already see better. Will follow up in a couple weeks.
