Started this program about a month ago. I really like the variety of the workouts. After reading the reviews I was sceptical, but after meeting and dealing with Vidal Boren I have had a very positive experience so far. He takes the time to instruct and assist with any questions. He is always positive and pushes me to the max! I would 100% recommend Skillz Langford and Vidal to anyone!

I have had a great experience with Skillz Langford up to this point . I started out with the six week challenge and now have continued on as a member . The workouts will empower you!! It is one of the best workouts you will experience . I love all the changes that I now see both physically and mentally. The community of people you will encounter are great and supportive. Jesse and Kitty are fantastic trainers and are sincere in wanting you to succeed on your path to wellness. Yes there is a cost to the programs and memberships offered but if you put the work in the results will be priceless.

Taking stock to be thankful and shout out awesomeness! My two, bigger-than-me-now kids, gained so much from their Skillz training. They are both soccer lovers now. We still spar in the kitchen and they are pretty speedy-scary! Love it. 3 years of Skillz was a phenomenal space for both kids to gain confidence, develop discipline, build friendships and have enough savvy to punch their mom! The program has a strong spiral curricula and is unique in it's child development awareness. I highly recommend it. The club has a strong sense of family. It's not just a rec centre drop off place. Kids are empowered to develop their best selves, have opportunity to party with costumes, movie nights, and whatever else the creative team at Skillz come up with. They are dedicated to making it a phenomenal club experience for young and old. Hint: you may find yourself as a parent, being pulled onto the mats at game time.Give it a go...who knows, you may end up having punch ups in your kitchen too.

This school was pretty good when I started going, likely because of the instructors who work there (Honestly, Jesse and Gabe are the best.) However, there's a focus on weight loss that is incredibly toxic - even if you tell them that your goal isn't weight loss, or that you just want to have fun, they'll mention it over, and over, and over again. I made a mistake and joined their six week challenge. They say it's free, but it actually costs a 'deposit' of 600.00. During the period of the challenge, I found their meal plans (which was the reason I signed up) didn't work, as I have dietary restrictions and the people who run the program have a very limited base of understanding on how to work with different dietary issues. Two people in my family died while I was in the program, and I was having severe health problems because of the whey powder and supplements they had us on, and I asked to be let out of the challenge. (I felt this was reasonable since I had been going to the school for months - I thought the health of a regular would outweigh their need to scam me out of six hundred dollars.) They fought me on it. Eventually they 'let me out', but never refunded my money. The whole thing really soured my experience. I stopped going. It sucks, but it feels like I was scammed by this gym. I wasn't sure about posting this review, but I don't feel like they are entirely honest about their program and it is useful information to have. EDIT: just wanted to add that a REQUIREMENT to their program is posting positive reviews online - so claiming that it's a 'massive success' based on this is misleading. I feel stupid for not contacting the BBB before, but hopefully it's not to late for other people. This is a scam.

I was part of the 6 week challenge and have my final weigh-in coming up on Saturday. I beat the challenge at week 4 but I am still continuing right to the end and beyond because I enjoy it so much! The classes are great and I have made much further strides in 6 weeks than I have doing other types of fitness for a lot longer. If you want to sweat, get stronger, healthier and thinner then this is the place for you! I've met some really nice people that go there and it has a community feel. Thanks!!!
