I left my car at the service department, I instructed them never to leave it outside. They put it outside overnight and it was broken into. They not only charged me full price for that service, they made 10k on the repairs. They took zero responsibility for anything. Just today I saw my CarFax had the damages on its permanent record costing me about 22k in trade in value. This has happened about 30 times on this lot shared with Land Rover and Suburban according to police records.

Just bought a Mercedes here and the team was awesome to work with. They made it exciting fun and no pressure to buy. I LOVE my new car!! Mark was awesome to work with..he really went the extra mile in his customer service.. I went to a lot of dealerships in Victoria.. they were the only ones that were prompt to get back to me.. kept in touch and were always helpful! I will definitely buy another car with them in the future!
Just purchased a Land Rover and I must say the service was second to none. Everything one would hope for in a car buying experience. Professional, friendly and accommodating. Installation of an after market hitch was part of the deal. When the installation was not satisfactory, Mike took care of it, no hesitation. What a treat to deal with a dealer that does it right!
The biggest of thank yous to the crew at Jaguar Victoria but most of all Mike!! He not only made this the easiest transaction ever... he also exceeded every expectation I had coming into this & made my dream come true!! I am forever thankful and can't wait to do business again!
I purchased a 2012 Range Rover sport. The transaction was smooth and quick, unlike my experiences in the past at other dealers. It usually takes so long to buy a car, and this was different. I really liked NOT wasting my time at the dealer. Mike Barron was my sales guy. It's very obvious he knows what he is doing. We had a minor misunderstanding initially, but it was quickly and efficiently smoothed out. The dealer added a new set of tires, cleaned up any road rash from the wheels, and added a new cargo mat. Mike has continually followed up with the final arrangements from the deal, and to make sure that I am a happy customer. The result is I am a happy customer. Overall, really good car buying experience and I love the vehicle.

Buying a car used to be a pain.....No longer. Mike and the staff showed a solid commitment to customer service. Pressure was never part of the experience. Follow-up was appreciated.
