Peter was very helpful in answering all my questions via email before making the trek to the island to see the bike in person. Once I arrived everything was in order for me to take a test ride and Peter had printed out the full service history on the pre owned motorcycle I was interested in. I was impressed how quickly they decided to replace the battery without me asking as they said it tested low on the voltage. Upon the completion of the sale we discovered a small problem with a light switch and they once they diagnosed the exact problem they quickly arranged for me to take the bike to their other location in Victoria where they had the part in stock. Bernie was waiting for me and had the switch replaced in 15 minutes, I was off to the ferry after that. Overall a very pleasant transaction, they truly care about their customers.

Buyer be aware, whatever advertised price you see, you'll be surprised with an additional undisclosed 920 that is far higher \Doc fee\ than you'll see in other dealership (500 higher than the highest in BC). Explanation? As dismissing and very eloquently the managers said: This is the cost of doing business here, take it or leave it. And here's your deposit back. Don't tell me that it's because it's more expensive to ship bikes to the island. That's BS. The freight fee covers that, and it is a separate Addl 800 that I didn't argue. The \Admin fee\ which is a made up fee to cover paperwork is what's obscene. The greed is outstanding if on top of a 14k motorcycle sale, you still try to squeeze few hundreds of more... Definitely unhappy that my credit was credit was pulled before these fees were disclosed, and even more upset on how I was dismissed over the phone by who ever runs the place. It's getting harder to find any honest customer oriented triumph dealerships these days. Very unimpressed.
