Made appointment that noone showed up for. Called the Victoria office and they didn't know a thing except the number of the person who made the appointment. I called that number and there was no answer. Turns out the number was a Pennsylvania number - so I have long distances charges on top of no work done. Do not use this company!!!

After spending a nightmarish 5 full minutes looping around and around in their phone menu tree, the person I finally spoke to was incredibly rude and utterly unwilling to help in any way, stating she "can only help me if I have a billing issue." I mentioned the problems with the phone menu and said I did not wish to go through that again. Rather than offer to just transfer me directly, she just got extra belligerant, and I hung up in disgust. Never tried the shredding service in the end; the customer service was just terrible!
Irregardless of the amount of shredding to be done, this company will not work in any residential area.
