Very beautiful spot. Can't go wrong with a walk around the water or even just sitting on a bench and watching the boats in the Harbour. It is a good location right in the center of everything. Easy access to food, entertainment, and history. I would highly recommend a stroll at sunset for a wonderful view.

Nice meeting place for night life, rickshaws and horse drawn \taxis\. Plenty ethnic restaurants and walk up food trucks, Parlement, the harbor, plenty of young people enjoying the local green bud. A fun place for a night on the town.

I use a power wheelchair or rollator and the Inner Harbour Causeway is one of my favourite places. There are always different boats to see and there is lots of interesting activity in the summer. There are markets and concerts at Ship Point. Flower baskets and rose bushes dress up the Inner Harbour Causeway in the spring and summer. UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY: There is a ramp at Menzies and Belleville at the Starbucks end of the Steamship Grill. There is a sidewalk going down to the Inner Harbour Causeway level at Broughton and Wharf. Manual wheelchair users will require assistance there. There is an elevator behind Milestones that goes up to street level. You have to ask for assistance with that at the Victoria Information Centre going down or at the whale watching desk going up.

One of the most beautiful spots on the planet rain or shine! The Lower Causeway is a great place to just sit, relax, think, or have lunch on a bench with a friend. Don't be freaked should you see a mouse, there's a few.

Great little marina. We have had the pleasure of spending the past few months on this dock, which is located right in the heart of the \perfect view\. Surrounded by the famous Empress hotel and the Parliament Building, is quite a sight, particularly at night. The marina is well maintained by an exceptional staff, who are attentive to the care and presentation of the area, along side the well being of the boats. I have personally seen many of the staff members pay close attention to boats and go out of their way to retie lines, especially during recent wind storms. The surrounding area is filled with historic views, beautiful walk ways and well grooms trees, shrubs and plants. Staff do an exceptional job of keeping the area clean, I rarely have seen any form of garbage left about. The marina also offers access to laundry (3 dollars for wash, 3 dollars for drying) and washrooms with pay for showers (1 for 3 minutes). The shower rooms are ALWAYS, so clean and tidy, and well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. The marina staff are also very engaged in community events, recently we were given several boxes of Christmas lights to partake in the marina lightup for a Christmas event the public was invited to. It was a fun way to add to the spirit of Christmas in the area. Prices for moorage are reasonable, and there are rates that are available for winter moorage that are very reasonable for those colder times! There is a bit of paperwork involved to get signed up for the winter terms, but well worth doing. We have enjoyed our stay here so far and look forward to the rest of the winter and perhaps to return in years to come. The staff and harbour masters are helpful and easy to communicate with, and respond timely to emails and any questions. If you are interested in spending anytime in Victoria on your boat, I highly recommend checking this spot out.
