I have started working with this clinic and so far it has been exceptional. Fast quick appointments and going the extra mile. If my practitioner isn’t available then a colleague often is. Very helpful and highly recommend.
First and most important, credit is well deserved for creating nurse practitioner, registered nurse clinics to provide primary health care to British Columbians like “Health Care on Yates”. This is completely medically appropriate and effective in providing people help with most medical services. So well done! Clinics on the Nurse Practitioner model are the future for ensuring every Canadian will have high quality medical attention, instead of that limited portion of Canadians who obtain the private services of a General Practitioner with a medical degree. I am a patient of this clinic and have received excellent medical treatment and service with appointments. My wife mirrors my experience. Thank you everyone at HCOY! You are doing a fabulous job. Lastly, I saw 3 Goggle reviews, and a score of 3.7! Why so low? I checked. Two people wrote comments and showed their experience as 5 stars. One person wrote nothing, and gave 1 star. I was curious so checked the reviews of this one person. Interesting. In one review she says she is a 29 woman with a baby. Her pattern of reviews is lots of 5 star and lots of 1 star, with very little else. Please note this person’s selfish (it’s all about me) way for seeing the world when seeing the overall star rating of HCOY.
Quick response, friendly staff overall, nurse Olivia was very good at making sure I was aware of what was going on. NP Ginelle very approachable and kind.
