Gym has old weights and quite a few new'ish cardio machines. Be prepared to exercise old school ways with mostly free weights if you are going to work out here

I find it really hard to enjoy myself at the pool with my kids there - the lifeguards are constantly hounding on everyone about watching their kids (for the record, I do, but keeping a 4 and 6 year old constantly in arm's reach is a bit of a tall order). Also, the air temperature there is quite cool. It's not a very big area...Commonwealth is able to keep their air temperature much more comfortable.
