With recommendation from Gordon of Gaslight Heat Services, we replaced the electric water tank with a high efficient tankless hot water system, and installed wall furnace in the basement to replace the electric baseboard heating. The service and the installation were professional with the whole team and finished all the work within half a day with minimum interruption. Instantly the electricity usage was less than half of the same time last year. Gaslight Heat Services staff went an extra mile to help us filling forms to get rebate from Fortis BC. We definitely recommend their service and professionalism!
We noticed that there was a leak on Sunday afternoon. Texted, emailed and called the company. Gordon messaged me back and asked a few questions. I sent photos of the unit and the pump, plus where we noticed the leaks. We confirmed the leak was from the pump. He said he would come the next day. The office called to confirm on Monday morning. Our pump was replaced, and he did a maintenance cleaning for us and replaced our filter. Excellent service, very professional, explained the rebate we qualified for, and was very polite. I would definitely call them again in the future. Thank you!
