Even though she has grown her business and has a large client base with a fantastic group of people looking after her many clients, Colleen has always made us feel \like\ we were her only clients. First off this is the first time I have ever left a review for any business. This may tell how you how disappointed we were in the service From my experience I found Security House Accounting to be over worked and understaffed. While the staff was pleasant to work with I found the ownership lacking in responsibility for long delays and poor attention to detail. We paid far too much for their services for what we got in return - Unfortunately the lack of attention to detail set our company back. We made a switch to a reputable accounting firm in Victoria and once we did we discovered what we were really missing. We now feel as though we have a firm who is looking out for our companies best interest and not their own pocketbooks They may try and tell us otherwise, but the facts are we see clearly what an accounting firm with our companies best interest at heart looks like once we made the switch.

This place is a joke. Almost five weeks to do a basic tax return Colleen went on holiday with out telling me than added numbers to my tax return as she saw fit, making it seem like I made more money than I made also she never bothered to ask question and you filled in the blanks,on top of that not only did she not finish my tax return she charged me 500 plus to get my documents back. This without being told set prices per hour .Absolutely rubbish place take your small business elsewhere if you are reading this.
