Ruby is both professional and friendly, always mindful of his patient's comfort level. He's so knowledgeable and passionate about his practice and will really go above and beyond to help me through my healing process- my recovery really sped up after seeing him. This was my first introduction to acupuncture and I'm so glad it was with Ruby.

Showed up for my appointment 5 minutes late so I wasn't admitted and had to reschedule. P.S: The previous secretary informed me that filling out the paperwork wouldn't impede my appointment, also, as times are trying during this pandemic I would have hoped to receive a more pleasant response as to why I wasn't being admitted that day, thank you for your time and I hope you all stay in good health!
