Over the years our strata has used Drain Pro for major work on our property as well as individual owners have hired this company for work inside their units. We required some bathroom work a few days ago and Drain Pro sent a plumber by the name of Dustin. Dustin was very friendly, extremely competent and he went out of his way to ensure the work was 100% perfect. He also did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the jobs were completed. Dustin was more than willing to answer all our questions and explain the work as he proceeded. 10 out of 10 rating for his excellent work from start to finish. Many thanks Dustin. They were helpful at the first time. Unfortunately, they were not organized on following up. This is a 23,000 job, but they missed it. Sent someone who didn't know what he was doing. Wasted our time and money doing something totally not helpful. We had a big flood several hours later and they refused to help because I gave them an honest feedback when they asked for it. Very unprofessional and poor follow up.

Shout out to Jacob who helped my mom with the clog in her sewer line. We were initially quoted around 3 grand, but he came back the next day and repaired the line at a very reasonable fee. Thank you for your hard work and fixing the line at an affordable fee. We appreciate it!

Got a call within an hour or so, and they were able to service my shower the same day. Friendly service that fixed the job quickly and effectively. Would recommend.

A very bad experience for me. Paint was scraped off the walls from his equipment, right down to the wood in places. Pieces chipped off baseboard corners, gouges in the walls, crud splattered everywhere, and my new towel taken! I phoned & explained and sent the photos they requested of the damage. I would have been OK with just an apology. but they've ignored me. So now I'm writing this.
