Received a message from the secretary the day before my appointment that it had to be re-scheduled. I had booked this appointment over a month in advance and had to take unpaid time off of work to attend. Would have liked my notice on this last minute cancellation.
I was referred to Dr. Rea from my regular dentist as my wisdom teeth were a bit more complicated for what they usually deal with. Everything went very smooth for my teeth removal, and my recovery went well without any complication. (Some swelling after the teeth removal was expected for a couple of days, but it was hardly noticeable from the outside.)
While Dr. Rea did a great job with my jaw surgery (Looks perfect! Healed quickly. Lost as little feeling as was probably possible. Fantastic bedside manner) I was unfortunately left with a noticeable lump around my jaw line. i believe this is not related to the surgery but rather a follow up procedure he performed when my incision opened. I will now likely have to pay a cosmetic surgeon to help fix it, if that's possible. This is the only reason I cannot give a better rating.
This is one of the Best Dental offices I have been to. The Women at the front are professional and very easy to talk to. I am a real chicken when it comes to dentists, but they all made me feel comfortable and very at ease. Great Job!!!
