Our new countertops were installed this morning right at the time promised. The two guys, Clayton and Ashton, who delivered and installed the tops on the Island and the other counter did a first rate job. They took the time to make sure the floors were protected as the tops were installed. Both were very polite and professional while here and wore their masks consistent with BC Health orders. Colonial came recommended from a friend in the business. We had a small one slab job. They were patient and helpful in the showroom during a very difficult time which was appreciated. It took us three trips to pick out the stone we wanted from their samples but then they couldn't get the product that we chose. It took three weeks and a couple of follow ups from us for them to find an alternate product but didn't have a sample of it to show us. It took another couple weeks to get a quote sent to us after some follow-ups on our end so I basically lost confidence that we would get any better service during the install. I got two quotes within 24 hours from 2 smaller shops that could get the original product we wanted. They did not force us to buy the entire slab and wound up 25% cheaper. So all I can rate Colonial on is the up-front experience. I am thinking smaller jobs are not what they are interested in - at least that is the impression we got. Hope this helps.
Just about finished a kitchen reno ...we ordered caesarstone statuarious maximus. Colonial staff through the whole process have been amazing ! They were ready when they said ..the quartz was beautifully cut and perfectly emphasizes the design! Love everything ...so awesome ...two installers came today and they were so professional,answered all our questions, didn't mind me coming in and checkin ! Lol! They did a beautiful job! Thanks guys! Love, love, love it!
