My first time here and excited to come back! Everyone has been kind, the place is clean and organized, and I barely needed to wait despite this spot being overbooked for the day. Covid protocols are firm and I felt safe while I waited and donated. Agnes at this location is my new hero-- she's an incredibly welcoming and kind angel!

I’m not a first time donor, but it was my first time in Victoria. Overall, everything is great. Very welcoming facility, with smooth process. Today it was busy and I’ve spent almost two hours there. If you are going first time, you need to keep that in mind, that time may vary. I follow all the instructions-salt snacks, fluids, it’s easy for me to donate. The only one thing was weird for me - never ever before I’ve been asked if I understand meanings of words because English isn’t my first language. I filled the form online, and I surely have an accent, but my vocabulary is good, and confirming all over again that yes, I know, what does malaria means, what graft means etc etc was strange.
