Affordable cost, quick service, but not thorough. We delivered and picked up our blinds to save money (8 per set of blinds), only to have that used against us later. Once we self installed our blinds, found splatter and sticky residue left over. Upon contacting the company their response was that we couldn’t prove it wasn’t after they had cleaned the blinds, as we did the install not them. Refused to offer any refund. Very disappointing as the reviews were so high, we expected quality service.
I will gladly recommend Brite 'n Easy Blind cleaning! They did a great job, responsive service and reasonably priced.
Really prompt and clear communication before booking a job. Professional service with same day turnaround even with challenging high ceilings in my apartment. I'm appreciative!
I brought my 6 cellular shades by Hunter Douglas in to be cleaned and was very impressed. Even though they were 20 years old, they looked like they were brand new. The stains were gone, and even the cords were clean. I will definitely be using their services again for the rest of my window coverings.
