I am 62 years old and had let my ear piercings grow over after having experienced constant infection for many years. I decided to try again and choose Blank Generation. Although I am likely not a typical client for Justin he treated me as if I were. He was professional, extremely particular about Covid19 protocols and very, very knowledgeable. The shop is impeccable and he has a variety of earrings to chose from. I am so happy to have pierced ears with no rash or infection whatsoever for the first time since I was 14! I would recommend Justin to anyone of any age. I will be back to buy earrings from him. He was very pleasant, capable and informative. Thank you Justin!
Me and my brother both got our first piercings here today done by Justin he was super amazing walked us through the whole process and explained everything super well double checked locations with us and everything was quick and painless 10/10 will refer any of my friends looking to get piercings to Justin
So, in terms of professionalism, they did a great job. Talked me through the piercing, talked after-care etc. However, when he pierced me he slipped up and messed up the first piercing, and had to re-pierce it. Because of the close proximity of the holes, they've now conjoined and created a larger hole in the top of my belly-button, and some flesh is herniating. I've taken care of the piercing and have washed/been extremely careful with moving it around, but you go to a place like this to get a good piercing without a mess-up. Even with his mistake he also charged me full price for it, which made me raise an eyebrow but it was fine. I would be careful going to this place as he didn't really take responsibility for his mistakes.
Had a couple piercings done by Justin over the weekend and was super pleased! Covid protocols were clear and easy to follow, and felt very safe. Would highly recommend him for piercings in Victoria, thanks again!
