Original Review: Mixed experience with discovery tour with Liam: we were expecting a city tour "plus", but got a good bike ride with not much information (only after asking for it). We should have booked the city tour after reviewing the discovery tour description. Nonetheless we did not hear about many things mentioned in the description on the website (i.e. Douglas fir trees at the lake). Overall disappointing experience compared to other providers (i.e. Vancouver bike Tours). Liam still did a good job in trying to comfort us.

It was our first time visiting Victoria, and I'm very glad that we booked the city highlights tour. We had an awesome tour with Matt - he was super knowledgeable about the city and gave us a lot of fun and interesting info. We saw a lot of the city in the small time we had but at a reasonable pace. Definitely recommend a tour with Matt!

We loved our tour of Victoria with our guide, Matt. The tour included hidden little spots and we found the history fascinating. I grew up on the island and I saw spots I had never visited before.
Matt is such a great guy! My son & I booked a tour rather spontaneously on the spur of the moment and Matt was able to accommodate us. He took the time to walk us through safety on the bikes on the roads in Victoria. He gave us an idea of the route we would take and the time it would take to do the tour. He took the time to check on how we were doing and stopped at significant places and gave us some historic background and told some humorous stories as well. He introduced us to some very interesting areas of this fine city and was such a delightful host. Made us feel quite special. So very enjoyable. What a treat
We had a lovely tour yesterday that I have reviewed in detail on trip advisor. However; I came here to review the AMAZING customer service we experienced last night. I realized after the shop was closed that I had left my prescription glasses in the bike pouch. We were traveling super early this am and I thought friends would be able to pick them up. I ended up using the “message now” feature and Matt immediately texted me back and brought my glasses to me so I’d have them!! He dropped them off at the wedding venue we were at. I was blown away with how gracious he was to do that after hours. Great ride and even better team!!
Did the Harbour to Farm tour today with Matt in scorching heat. Matt kept the pace manageable, ensured we were well hydrated and on track for our lunch at Charlotte and the Quail and end-of-tour snacks at Nourish Kitchen and Cafe. Both restaurants will appeal to foodies with a bent for natural and local. Yum! Not only was the food delicious, this tour was an amazing way to see and learn about the diverse climate, landscapes and communities in the Victoria / Saanich area. Matt was a delightful, friendly and well-informed.
Did the harbour to farm tour with Jamie. The route connecting all sorts of trails was lovely and the destination was a real treat to the eyes and taste buds. Matt is a pleasant guy and has a nice clean shop.
