I visit bead shops in almost every city that I visit. This is one of the friendlies little shops. They had a nice variety of beads, jewelry, and gifts. The ladies working there (I think that one of them might have been the manager or owner) where very helpful and treated each customer like they were important. We had some children in our group and one of the ladies helped one of the children to make his own purchase showing him how to use the cash register. Very impressive! This was my favorite shop in Victoria's China town.

The owners and staff of this store were extremely helpful when I asked for help on making a bracelet. They spent an hour carefully helping me decide what beads to put on my bracelet, and even helped me and my family decide which ferry we should go on to reach Vancouver on time. I highly appreciate the customer service here, which is the reason that I give Bamboo a 5/5 stars
OMG.... these guys are amazing! They helped me find my creative side again! Started taking FREE classes last spring (2012) and I am now having a blast learning new techniques all the time, meeting like minded people, and mostly just getting to know the family who run Bamboo Beads and Bling. All very helpful, welcoming and so knowledgeable! And really they are inspired, inspiring and always willing to share ideas. I keep telling people about the classes........fun for making things for yourself, gifts, or to sell.Pop in and see for yourself. PS They have an amazing supply of supplies, exquisite beads, and beautiful clothing.
Oh. My. God! They have everything! I spent 4 years looking for black quartz... I go in there and BAM! They have it.... Staff are RIDICULOUSLY well informed and knowledgeable. Great sales, and they occasionally do classes. 10/5 Double Perfect score
