The IRP includes : | RECOVERY EDUCATION | we believe when we know better we do better. We utilize this educational component to empower our clients so they may apply these teachings to their own process of recovery. | GROUP THERAPY | Our clients have the opportunity to express themselves authentically with others in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. | INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING | The primary purposes of these individual sessions is to facilitate the process of recovery initiation for those who have reached a point of readiness to change. | RECOVERY COACHING | By creating a partnership of equals with our clients, we co-reate a manifestation of a satisfying, thriving, life - in recovery. | HOLISTIC THERAPIES | We provide trauma, art, sound, somatic, poetry, and eco therapy so our clients make experience a body-mind-spirit approach to healing. | ONGOING SUPPORT | Upon completion of the 10 week IRP participants are invited to attend weekly continuing care group therapy and recovery coaching for 16 weeks. Focus for these groups is placed on developing recovery resilience and increasing recovery capital.
