Came across Andre’s on the web when searching for a Harmony remote control that was out of stock at my nearby electronics retailers. They were amazing to deal with. I received an immediate response to my on-line query (by Jason...and on a Sunday no less) and he quickly assisted me in making my purchase and arranging shipping. Price was competitive as well. Although they aren’t local to me, I’ll go out of my way to order from them again!

I am actually passionate about writing this review because I feel so well treated by the service they provided me. It reminded me of my days at Nordstrom long ago. They fit me into an appointment time within 48 hours because I stressed a need for expediancy. They kept to their quote which was the lowest of the well-rated places. They even had another unit ordered and on-hand by the time I got there in case what I gave them didn't have all it's wiring components - and I had them all. All this for an alarm system I didn't even buy from them. I am super pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

First time at Andres Electronics in Langford BC, and extremely impressed with the service and price! My sales guy Kyle was awesome, really knew his stuff, helpful, professional, and no pressure! When I picked up my vehicle after getting my new stereo installed, Reid helped me out and answered my questions and explained everything perfectly! I highly recommend this store, great staff!! Not long ago I went to visions electronic in langford and got a offer for them to build me a sound system for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT and they gave me a offer and I said yes. Two weeks later they ordered the wrong parts and could not get any of the other parts on time so I request a full refund. One week later I decided to go to Madman McKay's and WOW these guys knew what they were doing. Took them a few days and got the parts on time, took them a few hours to install, and worked great. The only problem was the usb but that is being fixed. Thank you so much and will be using my business again.
