As Executive Director of Mercy Ships Canada, I am delighted by the quality of work and customer service of Allied Glass in Victoria. Excellent work at an excellent price during a very busy and challenging season was deeply appreciated. Because we went with Allied Glass the approval process with our landlord for our new storefront window was quick and easy. They indicated to me that they found the work of Allied Glass to be very good. I now know why they have earned their reputation for quality work.

I inquired to get an estimate on converting my back deck in to a sunroom. No one got back to me, so a week later I reached out again and the office admin had someone call me. I was asked about square footage (I paced it off and told him) and he laughed at my not having a more precise measurement for him. He then told me that the company does not do any structural work so since it is a raised deck, they are unable to do the job. I asked a couple of times on the call if it would make sense to come have a look and he didn't seem to think it was necessary. Perhaps they should update their website to inform people that they don't actually do sunrooms but do the glass only part of the job while other companies will need to do everything else. Good for them that they seem to be so busy that they can laugh at potential clients and tell them to go elsewhere.

We had our deck rails done recently. They did an excellent job. Over several visits everything was measured precisely and prefit. They arrived were courteous, the job was done on time and looks amazing. It was a fair price for an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them. Jules took great care to make sure everything was done precisely.
Allied Glass has provided services for several of my projects. As a designer, it is important that my trades follow through with the correct product in a timely fashion. They must also be polite and obliging with my clients. On all occasions, Allied Glass went over and above all expectations. I look forward to using them again!
