Moved into the area and had to change dentists. Glad I tried this place, staff are super friendly and the building is beautiful. Waiting area is comfortable... coffee, water, magazines and couches. Really love the massage chairs while getting my teeth cleaned.
Absolutely fantastic. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and I received great advice from the hygenist. My retainer wire accidentally came loose and they were able to fit me into another appointment same day to fix it. It was a very comfortable and I can't say enough great things about Academy Dental.
Highly recommend finding somewhere else unless you want to be hit with expenses at the end of your visit that they don’t bother to mention. In my case they did X-rays without consulting me of the price at all. They also were extremely pushy trying to get me to book another appointment. The lady at the front treated me like I was stupid and felt the need to tell me THREE times “if you don’t book right now the appointment will be gone”. Very uncomfortable and pushy. I won’t be going back.
I can't recall ever having such a pleasant dental experience as I had with my recent visit to Academy Dental. From the cozy home-like environment, to the warm welcome at reception, to the most thorough and gentlest experience I've had with a hygienist, to my check up with a dentist who listened to my needs, I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way. That said, I would highly recommend Academy Dental to anyone looking for a more comfortable dental experience.
