Friendly and informative staff. Made travels smooth. Definitely recommend the experience.
They have scheduled ferry at 10pm Sep 7. But they cancelled while we were waiting for it. It makes me have to stay in the island and it cost me 150. I also heard that the hotel manager can see the camera of the ferry terminal. I wonder if they canceled the 10pm ferry on purpose or not. And later Sep 8 morning I arrived early to catch up the 7am ferry just to get back to work on time. But still they let too many reservations go and only few of normal bookings to leave and I have to go for the 8am one which will make me late for the work. I wonder if they can hold on to the schedule as they described from official site and make more ferries. I don’t feel very good about it. Garbage
Nice ferry terminal! Foot passenger waiting has lots of room but some very, very expensive vending machines.
Well managed facility, the only complaint is the restaurant needs some updating.
