The folks at VI Honda just helped me tremendously! I got this beautiful Honda, 13 years old- and all the system checks were done.. I rely on the ethics of my motorcycle shop employees more than any other professional in my life. (At 120kph you need to trust your ride!). This is my third bike from Tony and Tyler! With gas prices climbing, ..........issues over getting product due to Covid manufacturing restrictions, .............and big trips are out for this year, ......I jumped at this bike!........................... ‘You snooze, you loose!’ .

I highly recommend Cameron Jeffery and the rest of the team at VI Honda for the excellent customer service that they provided us over the past 2 weeks while we purchased two Honda outboard motors. Cameron provided great customer service, he was always very responsive to emails, text, and phone calls. The entire team went above and beyond to help find us the motors and answer all our questions during a very challenging time for the entire industry. I have been involved in the marine industry for over 30 years and this has been one of the best examples of superior customer service that I have ever seen. Kudos to everyone.
This review is regarding their generator division, VI Honda is Great team offering accurate replies to inquiry and very informative, no half information truths, and nice to deal with a company that Knows their products unlike large box retailers. I asked some tough questions and got the answers from both Cameron and Alicia; two very knowledgeable and very friendly support folks. While our interaction has not equated to a sale (yet), I recognize that I received great attention to my inquiries with zero pressure added.
This guy's are awesome, I went to pick my bike last week from Vernon,BC. From sales Tony did excellent job and he's very generous person. From finance they gave me best rate. Thank you guys again Check out !!! they have best deals going now
