The doctors at this clinic are incredible, as are the vet techs and support staff. They are knowledgeable and clearly care very much about their patients. We have brought our rescue dog here during two nerve-wracking and scary emergency situations on separate occasions. My partner and I were treated with compassion and kept well-informed, and our dog made a quick recovery following our visit.

We sent out cat to Emergency twice this weekend due to his violent vomiting. Both times, the doctors (Donia and Doug) and nurses showed great compassion and provided excellent care. Although they were very costly(about 500 each bill), we really appreciate their dedication being there for us, answering and responding our questions and concerns patiently . Our cat Putao has gradually recovered since our last visit and we're very grateful for their service and work.
I had to say goodbye to my doggy and the team at West Toronto was SO compassionate. Although it was one of the saddest days of my life, they made it a little easier to get through. They allowed my family and I to spend the time that we needed with her and made us feel as comfortable as possible. Please be kind to them, they take care of our furry babies.
I just wanted to sincerely thank everyone who helped my cat Sweet Pea. She gave us quite the scare by ingesting string and the staff here made sure to make the most stressful time a lot easier. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so kind, compassionate, answered all my questions (no matter how repetitive) and helped me understand all the options for her. I am very appreciative of everyone here who ensured that Sweet Pea was well taken care of. She's happy to be back home after surgery and is eating and purring!
I came in with my cat with an emergency. We were greeted at the door and my cat was taken right away and helped. The vet rosemary was very kind, respectful and honest. She explained everything to me every step of the way and was very calm and was able to help me get through this. The other ladies working there are very nice as well and also treated me well. I was not able to pay the whole bill but they were amazing enough to help me and give me options. They didn’t demand extra things to make money or make it all about business. They were there for my cat and made that the priority from the beginning. I couldn’t afford to keep her overnight but they set me up with resources to get through the night and what to do for next steps.
