Smooth, quick and efficient process to get out puppy the attention he needed. Dr. Beth was great and took the time to explain everything to us. We didn’t go in because of COVID but we managed to stay in touch by phone and got frequent updates. I’m confident in this clinic’s ability to deliver proper vet care. Keep it up and thank you!

Amazing experience. So fast, attentive, patient and kind,. The technicians were helpful and understanding and the vet helped make a really hard decisions easy. Happy to have my kitty home and healthy. They went above and beyond. Easy follow up and reasonable price for an emergency hospital.

Awesome people who were honest and helpful. They ended up giving us a lot of useful things and information, all for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

We were referred here for our dogs elevated liver enzymes, Dr. Doug Mason was absolutely wonderful! He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us over the phone without feeling rushed. The receptionist are so nice (Jen is amazing) and accommodating. I did see many previous reviews about the cost, but compared to our regular vet there is only a 10-15 difference in tests etc. This place is big and it does get busy at times, but they are very professional and courteous. Thank you Dr.Mason and everyone at the VEC for all your help with Dolly!

Do NOT go to this SCAM. Incredibly unprofessional and largely useless. I brought my cat in for allergies, which we knew she had and we did get confirmation that she did indeed have allergies, however over 1000 bill for her short 1 hour appointment and test was not enough for these folks. They list on their website and at the bottom of every (current) email, 6 free follow up phone calls/emails with an appointment. To quote them: \Please note that a total of 6 follow-up emails or communications between already scheduled/recommended visits can be done at no additional charge (additional 6 emails are available for 60).\ They said the doctor had a phone summary that was included so we accepted an extremely longwinded phone call from the doctor where he discussed in detail his latest publications, what journals he published in, and his personal difficulty finding people to work in the office with him. It seemed harmlessly irrelevant, but the kicker is that they then billed us... an extra 107... and don't accept any form of digital payment. When I asked for verification they were so long in getting back that by the time I got them on the PHONE for a totally insecure credit card payment (no checks, no online transfer, no digital anything apparently)... anyhow they then charged an EXTRA dollar 15 claiming it was 'interest'. I won't be coming back obviously, but I recommend to stay far, far away. Obviously they build up these fake invoices hoping suckers like me will pay to get them to go away. I wouldn't be surprised if they used this trick to issue these 'invoices' and sell them to debt collection agencies. This place is so predatory I am changing the credit card I used to pay with. Would give zero stars if possible. Didn't even get any cat allergy medicine out of it.
