Extremely bad service from the actual manager from the store. Wanted to engrave mugs for my son’s teachers (She had an employee training at the time) was asking questions about what font and what would be dark enough to engrave the names. The new employee wasn’t sure and asking the manager while she was on the phone (on a personal heated conversation) and the manager rudely responded...... “ I don’t know it’s not my mug!” Then I said wow ,that’s not very good customer service she said OH YEAH ,WHERE DO U WORK?!!! Then said I don’t have time to do it today you’ll have to come get them tomorrow .. I returned then next day to pick it up and she was still rude to me saying “ I didn’t have time to do your mugs”(even though it was the next day and late afternoon) and then said “ I don’t even know what side u want them engraved left or right handed? I said “ well that’s part of customer service making sure my order is completed to process ,why was I not asked this yesterday when placing my order since I already paid ? Now I came here to pick them up and they are not even ready ,as I said yesterday this isn’t very good customer service “then she said to the new employee ..... “GIVE HER BACK HER MUGS!” I have been going to that store for almost a decade and have spent lots of money there and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! Very VERY bad customer service and it’s completely shocking she is the manager having an attitude with customers for only asking information on engraving an item .
They are quick at replacing watch batteries at a decent price.
