Agree with everyone else, they're pretty bad. Picked up my package in a city 40km away, drove it THROUGH my town to a city 90 km away so they could transfer it to canada post who would then bring it 90 km back to my house. Waste of a day that i wouldn't have wasted just using canada post.

Don't bother calling they never answere. The shipments are always late or don't show up at all. I will avoid using there service from now on.
I can honestly say ... by far the worst courier out there! They will not deliver my parcels from Amazon or any other retailer simply claiming \we don't deliver to your address.\ And they don't care! I called Amazon to have them contact Purolator A very helpful rep did and he guaranteed me my package would be delivered to the door this time. A few hours later I got call from the local girl who told me I had a parcel to pick up. I reminded her that the head office had made a promise to myself and to Amazon to bring it to the door. She said ... \we don't deliver to you\ We are not far out at all and every other courier happily comes to our neighbourhood. When I mentioned this she said .... \we can send it back and someone else can deliver it if you like.\ Unbelievable lack of customer service. They are about the furthest away from \the customer is always right\ that I've ever encountered.
Had to drop off a parcel..was a long line but it went rather quick and social distancing was well managed
Had a great experience staff was great don't use them often but was very welcoming today
