I was extremely disappointed to discover that the staff at Nightingale Medical Supply Store had complete disregard for my personal information. The employee in question divulged very private personal information to another client showing blatant disrespect and a complete lack of confidentiality. Your employee failed to safeguard the sensitive information with which they were entrusted.

The people staffing the Vernon office have actual little medical knowledge about the products they carry, or what is required/not required to purchase them, but like to pass off false information as fact. Best to double check any information or \ facts\ they tell you with an actual pharmacist or doctor, or go to a different supplier
