Great multi use trail. Lovely 3k loop with some extension. Great views of the valley. Amazing for bird watching. Very uneven surface larger 'baby head' rocks perfect for tripping. A couple of steep sections. Icy in the fall/spring. Dries fairly quickly after a rain.

Good walking trail on the old Grey canal. The views are also pretty good.
Picturesque little trail. Cute painted rocks all along here with nice messages on. You can make this trail as short or as long as you like, there are plenty of ways to break it up. Great valley views, hawks swirling over head and plenty of tranquil wildlife to look at. Nice Sunday afternoon trail.
first time looking for a place to walk the dog in Vernon. This hike was relatively short and easy. The upper loop was scenic for me but boring for the dog.
The Foothills section of the Grey Canal is our favorite because not only is it a complete loop but it has great views overlooking Swan Lake. Several spots to the south offer views of Vernon, Kalamalka Lake and there is even a glimpse of Okanagan Lake off to the south-west.
