Just came in to buy an elliptical. The staff that helped me (Rob) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went with the Spirit E-Glide. Very happy with the product and the service was unreal. Definitely recommend that anyone looking for fitness/home gym supplies visits Flaman in Vernon and talks to Rob! Thank you Flaman!!!

My wife and I walked In and were welcomed as a family member. We are so pleased to have met Rob Spencer and Gwen and have the pleasure of chatting with them and learning a lot about the up to date equipment. We are proud owners of a Bowflex TC100 and accessories. What an experience it was and will continue to come into the store whether to purchase equipment or just to chat. Go to Flaman Fitness! I bought a Progression Club 24 spin bike and I love, love, love it. It's like riding through butter! Coming to the store I didn't know what I was looking for but having Robs help we narrowed it down to a spin bike. It fits into my home perfect. I was concerned about the size of some equipment, but my bike doesn't need much space and no plugging in! There's nothing better than being heard and Rob listened to my needs and got me what I needed. Thank you so much and I'll definitely be back
