BB rep Canda attended to our home and presented samples, took measurements of window. Very efficient and helped me decide on solar blinds for sliding patio door, order arrived under 3 weeks. Installer did skookum job installing blinds -under 12 minutes. Love the solar shades, wished we had bought them sooner. Very impressed with the warranty, which was deciding factor to purchase BB. The solar shades operation so smooth. Very satisfied customer:)
