Overall experience was great. Started looking on likely and hopefully the coldest day of the year. Karen Cooper came out in the cold and went over a few things on the truck I was looking at but it did not have some things I really wanted. She told us to keep warm in our vehicle and she went and warmed up another model and brought it over for us to see. Liking this one we went to her office and from there things moved quickly. Matt, Karen and the team worked hard to get the best price they could for our trade in which we ended up satisfied and made the deal. Overall the staff we all so friendly and I was really impressed with the way they adhered to COVID rules and their sanitizing protocols were exemplary. Made us feel very comfortable and the staff certainly added to that feeling. Thanks Karen and crew.

I was attended to exactly at the time of my appointment by John who is very professional. He did a thorough sanitation of all touch points of the vehicle and said it would be done in an hour, which it was. I relaxed with complementary coffee and water and had a nice visit with Rob in sales. I really like the team at Bannister, great experience in buying and servicing my vehicles there over the years.
