Hired Dennis to rebuild my hot tub's motor and replace jets; he told me it would take a couple days. After 8-9 days, he told me they would be coming by to install the new parts that week. On Friday of that week he told me they would be coming Monday or Tuesday at the latest. On Tuesday afternoon I went to the store and he told me they would be coming up on 20 minutes. Some 2 hours later I called them only to be told they will come between 1pm and 2pm today. It's now 3:40pm and no one has come, no one has called. Dennis doesn't have the basic courtesy to pick up the phone and let the client know he's not coming for the appointment.
I needed a new filter for the hot tub and it was in stock, friendly staff. Doesn’t really look like a store inside, kind of cluttered. This place could use some merchandising !! Hand sanitizer was provided along with signage for COVID-19.
Contacted these guys to take a look at our hot tub that was leaking. They said they would come the next day in the afternoon and never showed up. When I called them the follow day to see what happened they said they wouldn’t be able to come for another day. Terrible scheduling as people have to stay home and wait.
Was at my wits end looking for an O-ring for my pool pump, they managed to find me one and absolutely make my day! Thank you, from the bottom of this mommas heart!
