I thought I was the only one who had issues with this place till I read the reviews! I was blown away to see so many people have the same problems as I did! I called them to make an appointment. Not only did I get no appointment at this place but the attitude I got from the woman on the phone astounded me. I ended up at the CHUM instead and they were excellent. This place won't ever see my business.

Update: I changed my 1 star review to a 3 star because I has a good experience at the appointment. I was seen right away after I gave all my papers. The technician was friendly, bi-lingual and very gentle. The exam was quick as well. Horrible! The secretary I spoke to is so stupid! I asked to confirm an appointment i made on monday. I give her my date of birth and last name and she says she doesn't have me on record. She then asks for my medicare number, i swear in french under my breath and mention to her that I DID NOT GIVE MY MEDICARE NUMBER WHEN I CALLED LAST TIME! But I gave it to her anyways since she wanted it. She then puts me on hold and HANGS UP ON ME! I call back 5 times, I even continue for service in french thinking it might make a difference. It didn't the line kept cutting halfway through the first ring! SHE IS INTENTIONALLY CUTTING THE LINE! Fire this incompetent woman! I had to call and use another phone option to speak to someone, and was able to EASILY confirm my appointment. i also made a complaint against the secretary who originally answered my call.

For me everything went smoothly! Took a whole 5 minutes from the time I walked in for x-rays without an appointment and the staff was nice.

I had a completely awful experience at this location. The receptionists are horrible people and should not be working in this field. They are humiliating and rude. I would not recommend this RadiologiX location. I will be launching a formal complaint with RadiologiX.

Haven't had my appointment yet, and am tempted to change locations. I have never interacted with such an excessivley rude and unsympathetic person in a service capacity as with the secretary here.
