Avoid this place! They’ll try to steal your money. This is apparently a family owned business. The owner, Sheryl, was rude, rolled her eyes, talked down to me and made racist remarks at me. They don’t have a good understanding of their role, they’re ignorant and wouldn’t allow me to take a drive test based on their misinterpretation of the policy. They refused to give me a refund (technically they stole that money) and Sheryl wouldn’t provide her last name to file a formal complaint. The woman is rude, racist, probably depressed and miserable. Do not go there.

I was a little apprehensive to go to Hi-Way Registries because of some of the negative reviews I read. I was proven wrong, 100%. The ladies I had the pleasure of dealing with were absolutely amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful! I found out I had a bunch of fines that needed to be paid off, and there was no judgment whatsoever. I highly recommend Hi-Way Regisitries!

Not only does the one lady look me dead in the eyes while I'm next in line and then announce she's going for lunch. But then SHE ALMOST TAKES THE BOX OF MY TRUCK OFF WITH HER CAR. The lady with the tattoos is lovely tho

Had a very good day. Needed to renew license went here for help and the old lady with glasses was very ride and asking questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. And talking down on me. Someone seriously needs to get this lady fired or slapped out for the way she treats people is unexceptable
