I went there for a live load. As always, I was punctual for my appointment. Luckily for me, they had me do a “Trailer-switch” with another Highlight Motor Group Trailer. The employees @ the shipping/receiving office are very professional, polite & efficient. This company is very clean & well organized. They had a very clean outdoor washroom for drivers... much appreciated & respect.

very rude receptionist if u need truckers then show some respect trailers doors are open & they expect reefer to drop temperature to 38F. Have some common sense u idiots !!!!!

Very rude to me. Not like it was a year ago. Reception was really nice and friendly. Scale master was a douchebag.

Terrible place for loading. They give you 6 hours to get to Mississauga(600 kilometers) wallmart, a if you don't make it for any reason they will change you 1240
