I found Toronto Autohaus through Auto Trader and then after making an inquiry, our appointment was scheduled very quickly. Once at the dealership, Gabe was incredibly helpful through every step of the process. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent when explaining the documentation/process. He made himself available via both email and phone, and was very quick to reply to any of my inquiries. On the day we picked up the car, Gabe was again very patient and transparent as he made sure we had a good understanding of all the paperwork. He never rushed us and was very open. My parents and I had a great experience at Toronto Autohaus. We worked with Gabe and Bobby (Eugene). We originally came for an older 2014 Toyota Corolla, however they were very helpful and aided with our decision making. We ended up buying a 2017 Corolla and we are very happy with it! The turnaround time was one week. Had a few confirmation phone calls regarding financing and picking a time to pick up the car. The car had a few blemishes while inspecting it on the lot. But Gabe took care of getting rid of those when we picked it up. They are very friendly and great people. We would definitely come back again for our next car purchase for the family.

Got my first car with them. Allen was great in helping me find a lender who would approve me despite a bad credit. The car I got runs very well. Toyota 2018 corolla. I have been shopping for cars for over a month, and so far they had the best deal. The best thing is I got a car with my G1 and had it delivered to Pembroke. Great service and very responsive. I would recommend this place for car shopping.
