I got what I ordered within 3 business days! Item arrived well packaged and no damage. I was looking for an online Canadian retailer as an alternative to Amazon. The price so much lower compares to big box hardware stores. Plan to do more shopping into the future. Very, very happy

I used to order frequently from Shoppers and 123ink.ca with good results every time. I ordered an expensive office chair which worked well and then the height started slipping after less than 2 years. When I requested to order a replacement part for the chair which they still sell they were not interested in supplying or providing me any alternate source. Sadly the chair will end up in the trash and I will order one from a company who has better support and stands by their products and customers.

Item came in way ahead of schedule, which is really nice. However, the guy had the brilliant idea of standing the box on my railing, with the name and picture on the front, leaning against the wall, instead of putting it on the ground against my door, with the name and picture facing the door, where it would be less visible to the neighborhood and not risk falling. Good thing I was home and heard the doorbell!

I purchased 2 pack of canon toner. One worked fine( @900 pages) but 2nd one only last for 400pages. It suppose to last for at least 2000pages based on shopperplus. Contacted support , submitted proof but they denied for replacement. They did not stay behind their product quality. Please be careful.
Item took over a week to arrive when it was "in stock" and is defective. No one will answer the phone or emails to get warranty. I will have to cancel with the credit card company. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
