We had our home inspected by Rene before buying. He was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. He gave us a very detailed report with many pictures and took the time to explain everything to us. He also took the time to answer all our questions and gave us many helpful suggestions. He went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Rene has a lot of experience in foundation work, contracting, and inspections which gives him a wealth of knowledge. He pays attention to detail and looks out for you. He wrote up his detailed inspection report within 24 hours and gives suggestions of how to fix the problems outlined in his report. He takes the time to explain everything and is always willing to help with any questions after the inspection is done. I would highly recommend Rene and he would be my first choice for any future inspections!
I had an awesome experience with JR Inspections. Rene has a lot of experience in constructions, you can noticed that he takes a look at every single detail in the house. He is a kind and patience person. He spent time to explain me how each system works in the house such as the heating, the electricity panel or how to change the filters. He also gave me a detailed report within 24hs where he detailed problems and how to fix them. In my case, he had to use a thermal device to detect a problem with an insulated wall and he gave me an additional report. He also gave me the photos in HD. I recommend Rene 100% and I will consider him in the future. He did a perfect job!
