If you are looking for a place to go to mommy-baby bootcamp classes, than search no more. This amazing studio, with the very best teacher MC (my daughter adores her) and an amazing group of moms to hang out with every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am. She also gives classes every day of the week where I could attend with my baby. My postpartum body is better than before! Best discovery of my entire mat leave! I also recommend trying beginners pole dancing on Sunday’s at 11am with Annamaria for a little baby free time. Sooo much fun!

Love love love this studio! Started off my pole experience here 6 years ago and nothing comes close to this studio. The poles are chrome (and brass for the hypoallergenic kind like me) x-poles and are very tall. There are some really amazing teachers here for all kinds of levels and the pole community is very supportive. Even offer free intro classes on Sundays for all those curious to try!
A simply fantastic fitness facility with amazing staff and a completely welcoming atmosphere! So much to offer, the aerial silk classes are so amazing!
Great place! Went there for a pole fitness class and that was so fun, had a class with Marilyn and she takes her time with you and encourages you! The space is small and clean and well maintained. had a little trouble finding it because it was night and the signage wasn’t very apparent but google maps will do the trick! Can’t wait to go back!
Teachers are great and knowledgeable. Good energy. Studio has mainly pole but some other fitness classes and silks. Super tall 12' ceilings! Xpole spinning and static options. About 9 soon to be 12 poles in the class I believe. 2 stainless steel poles for those with allergies and sensitivities.
