I'm not certain that this clinic might work better for people who are not pregnant. My experience with the clinic was not the best. My doctor was intelligent person but was not a good listener. Whenever I had a concern, her reaction was a simple check-up and saying you are okay. When I ask for a referral, her reaction was either you don't need it yet or it will take this long (a couple of years what so ever) but I can do it for you (it is quite a uncomfortable way to talk to patients as it makes us look like we don't trust your opinion if I keep insisting referring me to other doctors or specialists). When I took my blood test to see how I'm doing during the pregnancy, this doctor even forgot taking Iron level test. So, I took the test after seeing my OB (OB was wondering why she didn't help me to take the test). And, I came out with low iron level so that I started taking the supplement after 32 weeks (It could have happened around 20 weeks). When I decided to change my family doctor, it was funny enough that if I ever want to switch the doctor within the clinic, even though I want, I couldn't change the doctor without THEIR PERMISSION (The other doctor was accepting new patients). So, I moved the clinic. However, it took 2 and half weeks for them to prepare the paperwork and didn't even call me so that I had to check with them. And, during the first greet and meet session with the doctor at the clinic, she explained that I can always change the clinic without any cost. However, it turned out to me they are charging the patient to get their medical records to provide to a new clinic (I think it was 1 for the first 25 pages and 0.50 afterwards). This clinic needs some serious improvement. When I was late for the appointment, the time that the doctor was with me was short and I understand it. However, even though I get there on time, the doctor was busy making the appointment as short as possible. It is NOT impressive.
