The person who came out took their time to explain how everything worked, and brought in the equipment. He was also friendly, and able to handle himself around pets. However he was not professional. He showed up to drop off the equipment on time however he was not wearing a mask and did not keep an effort in keeping himself clean by washing and sanitizing his hands. When explaining how to use the equipment he could not express himself clearly. He could not articulate the heat temperature that kills the bugs and eggs, being that those are separate temperatures (found out later with my own research). When asking about how the heat would effect items he stated anything that could melt verbally however a something written with that information would have been better since I live in a house split in apartments. Warning, your lotion will explode I learned that after the treatment. The equipment he brought was not up to safety standards, the cords were twisted, there were exposed wiring, one of the extension cords grounds were missing and one of the smaller heater (like the ones you buy from Walmart was broken). After he left he did return with a fixed heater. It took hours to get the rooms up to the heat needed. The person stated it would take 4-5 hours per room to kill everything where in the quickest room it took 6 hours to get up to 120 then after researching it needs to stay at temp for 90 minutes. The longest time was 8 hours and it only got up to 112. When struggling to get a couple room up to heat treatment I tried to make contact with the person leaving messages explaining who I was, as well texts. He did not return my calls within a time frame to fix the heating problem. Do not recommend at all, pay the extra money and find someone who provides with product safety.

Great service, great results! Not having had any bed bug problems before was shocked to learn about cost to eliminate them, with no guarantees. Found Gregs company fast and professional. Actually answers calls often first time, or returns calls ASAP. Instructions to operate equipment clear and time given to use it, long enough to do the job right, and if, a return visit is necessary it is free! We are bug free and no stress anymore, or any stress on our finances since the cost to do the job was probably a quarter of what other companies charge. . You do the work but you save the jingle, more in your pocket leaving you quite satisfied. Thanks Greg and Jean!

This is a great way to be frustrated. You do all the work, they get all the money, and the bed bugs get the last laugh. Totally ineffective, hopeless and amateurish approach to a serious problem. Hire a professional or burn your house down, but don't give these guys a dollar.

We decided to go with The Bed Bug Co-op around a month ago when discovering bed bugs in our home. The owner Greg was quick to return our call and rent us the equipment the following day even on a long weekend. The staff he sent to drop off said equipment were comfortable answering all the questions we had and showed us how to operate everything comfortably. All in all, we were very happy with how everything went down, and managed to save a good chunk of money from operating the heat treatment equipment ourselves. They are also the only service we found that offered a 1 year guarantee instead of 3 months when we called around.

Over the past decade i have experienced bed bugs in my rental properties several times. Each time I usually get a call from a tenant complaining of hives, and suspecting bed bugs. The first two times I used a local pest control company, costing me thousands which took a big bite out of my rental income.
